Flexnet SCA Expo 2025 Special Offer – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This offer is available to new leads who sign up for a Flexnet demo during or following the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Expo 2025, held in Houston, Texas. To qualify, the demo date and time must be booked on or before the 1st of May 2025 Central Daylight Time. The demo itself may take place at any time during May 2025.

2. Offer Details
Eligible participants will receive 20% off their Flexnet subscription fees for the first six (6) months of service, once you've agreed to go live.
3. Subscription Calculation
Flexnet subscription pricing is based on the volume of roasted coffee products processed through Flexnet each month. The 20% discount will apply to the calculated monthly subscription rate.
4. Obligation-Free Demo
Signing up for a demo does not obligate the participant to proceed with a subscription. The demo is designed to provide a transparent overview of the Flexnet platform and its capabilities.
5. Activation of Discount
To activate the discount:
- The participant must complete the demo and proceed with a Flexnet subscription agreement.
- Subscription must commence within 180 days of the demo date.
- Discount will be applied automatically to the first six monthly invoices.
- Offer is available to new customers only and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Only one discounted subscription per business entity.
7. Location
This offer is being promoted in conjunction with the SCA Expo 2025 in Houston, Texas, but is open to any eligible lead that books their demo within the offer period.
8. Modifications and Termination
Flexnet reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
