This didn’t happen overnight - Flexnet is the result of decades of development and experience in commercial coffee roasteries.
Our Founder
Caleb Sexton, CEO & Founder
Caleb has been in coffee for over 17 years. He’s delivered coffee on a Vespa, roasted coffee in a hot warehouse, almost electrocuted himself installing equipment, and fought with every ordering software known to man.
He is all-too-familiar with the challenges of running and scaling a roastery. He created Flexnet to make life a little easier for roasters everywhere.

Caleb has held just about every job imaginable in a coffee roastery over the last 17 years, from delivery driver all the way through to C-Suite Management. Most recently, he was the Chief Information Officer of Five Senses Coffee, using technology to solve business problems on a daily basis. He's always up for a challenge and is the driving force behind the company. Using his experience and Flexnet, he wants to help other roasters scale their operations, without all the growing pains.
