Flexnet Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 October 2026. Replaces the terms dated 14 October 2024.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to our websites at flexnet.co and flexnet.app (the Sites) and to your use of the Flexnet platform as an individual user (the Platform). The Sites and the Platform are provided by Flexnet Pty Ltd (ACN 678 588 844) or, for customers in Canada, Flexnet CA Inc., or, for other customers in North America, Flexnet Inc. In these terms Flexnet, we and us mean whichever of them applies to you.

Customer agreements prevail. Organisations use the Platform under a signed subscription agreement with Flexnet, together with our Data Processing Addendum. That agreement governs the organisation's use of the Platform, including fees, service levels, data and liability, and prevails over these terms if they conflict. These terms then apply to you only as an individual user.

Roaster storefronts. Online stores that roasters run on the Platform under their own brand, whether at a web address we provide or on the roaster's own domain, are operated by the roaster and are not part of the Sites. The roaster's policies and terms apply to purchases and accounts on those stores.

By using the Sites or the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. Using the Sites

You may view, download and print material from the Sites for your own information and for evaluating our services. You must not copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission, scrape or crawl the Sites other than as a search engine indexing public pages, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Sites or our systems, introduce malicious code, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

When you request a demo, contact us or subscribe to updates, we may contact you about your request and, subject to your preferences and applicable law, about our products and services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details and how to opt out.

3. Using the Platform as an individual user

You may use the Platform only as a user authorised by a Flexnet customer, which is usually your employer or the business you work with. That customer is responsible for your access and for how you use the Platform, and may change or remove your access at any time.

While you have a login you agree to keep your credentials secure and not share them, to keep your account details accurate, to tell us or your organisation promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, and to use the Platform only for your organisation's legitimate business purposes.

You must not use the Platform in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights, interfere with the Platform or other users, introduce malicious code, attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access, circumvent security, copy or reverse engineer the Platform, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend a login where we reasonably believe it is being misused or compromised, and we will tell your organisation when we do.

We handle personal information about you as a user in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information your organisation stores in the Platform belongs to your organisation and is handled under its agreement with us.

The Platform is provided to you as an individual as is. Any warranties, service commitments and remedies relating to the Platform are set out in your organisation's agreement with us, and nothing in these terms gives you separate rights against us or reduces your organisation's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Sites, the Platform and everything in them, including text, graphics, logos, software and the Flexnet name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Flexnet Pty Ltd and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use our name or marks. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

5. Content and accuracy

We try to keep the Sites accurate and current, but they are provided for general information only. Product descriptions, screenshots, pricing indications and blog posts may change or contain errors and do not form part of any contract. Any subscription is on the terms of the written agreement your organisation signs with us.

6. Third-party links and integrations

The Sites and the Platform may link to or connect with services operated by others, including integration partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link or integration is not an endorsement.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at flexnet.co/privacy-policy explains how we collect and use personal information and forms part of these terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits the rights of a customer under its agreement with us.

Subject to that, the Sites are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the Sites, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Sites or their content, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Sites at any time. Changes to the Platform are governed by your organisation's agreement. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date, and your continued use after that is acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Disputes about an organisation's use of the Platform are governed by that organisation's agreement with us.
