Product Update: Configuring SKU Substitution Preferred Order

You asked for it, and now it's here.

You can now control the order in which Flexnet selects coffees for Roaster’s Choice subscriptions. This allows you to prioritize certain coffees before other products in the substitution pool.

1. Configure the Substitution Pool

1. Open the applicable SKU Substitution Group.
2. Add the Specific products that Flexnet can use as substitutions.
3. Open the substitution method dropdown and select Prefer ordered.
4. Drag and drop the products into your preferred Pool Order.
   

Flexnet will prioritize products from the top of the list and move down the order when a substitution is required.

2. Set the Customer Order History Check

Set the "Customer order history check" value to the same number as the products in the substitution pool.

For example, if the pool contains four coffees, set the history check value to 4. This helps Flexnet select each available option before repeating a coffee previously sent to the customer. Then, click Save to apply the changes.
